Plans coming together for 2019 Warrior Games in Tampa

TAMPA (FOX 13) – It’s official: Tampa Bay will host the 2019 Warrior Games.  More than 300 wounded or injured service members and veterans will compete.  They’ll arrive with their families and coaches in late June. The games will take place June 21 to 30, 2019.

TAMPA, Fla. — The Warrior Games is coming to Tampa, and tourism officials believe it could have up to a $5 million impact on the Bay Area.

Team Canada wraps up training camp ahead of Warrior Games

April 2, 2019 – Ottawa – National Defence/Canadian Armed Forces. Team Canada has completed its training camp in Victoria, British Columbia, with members prepared to compete at the 2019 Warrior Games. This is the second year that Team Canada will participate in the competition that will take place June 21-30 in Tampa, Florida.
