November 16th, 2022 I was riding a motorcycle when a vehicle ran a stop sign and hit me at 53 mph. I suffered a broken back in four places and multiple fractures on the spine stabilized with 6 screws and 2 rods. I shattered my pelvis, which is now stabilized with pins and screws. I broke my right hand, 8 ribs, collapsed my left lung, and suffered a TBI. I spent 14 days in the hospital and 7 days in a rehab center in Hawaii, learning to walk again. I have since pushed my body to new limits by bench pressing more than I ever have at 315 lbs. The WARP program helped me start at the bottom and work each week to improve my overall health and fitness.
