Sasha Savage

In 2019 I was competing in the HITT Games for the Marine Corps at Quantico as a wild card from Camp Pendleton. While I was competing, I fell from one of the obstacles 16ft and broke both of my ankles upon landing. I was basically told that it would take two years to recover and that my military career was over. I was dedicated to recovery and returned to full active duty. I had done just that and return to the fleet attaching to CLB-24. If I didn’t have the amazing resources at WWBn I don’t know if I would have returned back to full active duty. When I participated in the trials in the past it really gave me something to work for and feel as if I was reaching goals.
