Jack Peko

Jack Peko was born and raised on the island of American Samoa. Jack joined the Army right out of high school, he is currently 29 years old and 19 Kilo. Jack has rotated five times in his career. He is married to his wife Gloriah. Together they have four beautiful kids named Jayden, Liliana, Emeline, and Puamau. He joined the SRU after he suffered from a stroke caused by a tumor in my brain. His life changed suddenly, he couldn’t walk or talk the same anymore. He has weakness on his left side because of the stroke. The SRU helped him with getting all his appointments and therapies he needed, such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. He appreciate’s the SRU for all the help they have given him and continue to give him. It would mean a lot to him if he got to compete at the Warrior Games on Team Army because he wants to encourage others to keep going and never give up.
