Tiffany Whetstonestaley

Navy Counselor First Class Tiffany Whetstonestaley returns to the 2024 Warrior Games after competing in the 2023 Warrior Games Challenge. She approaches her relationship with her teammates like she does with her children and always strives to set a positive example for them. Her best advice is three-fold: 1) Try new things. 2) Talk to new people. 3) Have fun every step of the way.

Given her professional background, Whetstonestaley has a deep understanding of the importance of acknowledging and supporting invisible injuries because it’s more challenging for others to understand. This is why she stresses the importance of conversations in growing these relationships.

“I want to show them it’s never too late in your career or life to do something different,” she said. “It’s never too late to become part of a new team. All you have to do is take a chance. I’m greatly appreciative of the opportunity to be on the 2024 Team Navy and I look forward to working with everyone in a path to recovery and healing.”

At the 2024 Warrior Games, Whetstonestaley will compete in archery, cycling, and shooting.
