William Rosati

Yeoman First Class Bill Rosati’s grandfather served in the Army and the Navy, and he liked the sea service better. In 2003, Rosati took his advice and joined the Navy too. He joined the adaptive sports program after encouragement from his Navy Wounded Warrior care team. He attended his first camp in 2025 and came to call indoor rowing his favorite adaptive offering. “Participating in Navy Wounded Warrior showed that I can have fun again. I connected with other service members who help encourage and motivate each other to continue working toward that improved quality of life.” When he is away from adaptive sports, Rosati likes to visit the range and watch his children play sports.
