Jeremy Mapalo

CMSgt Jeremy Mapalo has been serving in the United States Air Force with 25 years of service in Security Forces. Currently stationed at Holloman Air Force Base where he serves as a Senior Enlisted Leader guiding Airmen and shaping the future of the force. Since enlisting in 2000, Jeremy has built a career as a Security Forces Defender, dedicating himself to protecting others while leading from the front. Following a devastating combat experience, he faced a period of disconnection and internal struggle. After joining the Air Force Wounded Warrior Program, he found a path forward through adaptive sports. Grounding him in the present moment, training and competition gave him an outlet to push him toward personal excellence. Jeremy is a two-time Department of War Warrior Games competitor, returning to represent Team Air Force alongside his fellow recovering service members with a reignited sense of pride and fire to win.
