Kayshel Mulligan

Capt Kayshel Mulligan has been in the United States Air Force since 2016 as a Public Affairs Officer. During her career her assignments have included deployment to the Combined Air Operations Center as the media operations chief for the U.S. Air Forces Central Command at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. Currently she is working at the HQ USAFE-AFAFRICA Command Chaplains Office in the Public Affairs Communication Integration and Executive Issues Division. Crafting information warfare activities during routine, contingency & crisis operations for four component commands representing 36,000 U.S. Air Force Airmen and U.S. Space Force Guardians, and more than 200 aircraft spread throughout nearly 90 operating locations across USAFE-AFAFRICA’s 104-nation area of responsibility. As a first-time competitor representing Team Air Force at the Department of War Warrior Games, Kayshel embraces the opportunity to represent her service alongside a community of recovering service members who inspire her daily.
