Jacqueline Coche

Master Sergeant Jacqueline Coche has been serving in the United States Air Force as a Program Training Manager, bringing 19 years of dedicated service focused on developing Airmen and strengthening mission readiness. Throughout her career, Jacqueline has been a steady force behind the scenes ensuring training, standards, and personnel development are executed with precision and purpose. She joined the Air Force Wounded Warrior Program in 2025 and attended her first event earlier this year. That experience marked a turning point in her recovery, opening the door to adaptive sports. Through participation, she found a way to manage stress and anxiety while rediscovering moments of joy, focus, and personal achievement. Adaptive sports have also reconnected her to something deeper, a sense of community. Surrounded by fellow recovering service members who understand the weight of trauma and recovery, Jacqueline found support, camaraderie, and the reminder that she is not alone in her journey. That shared experience continues to fuel her resilience and commitment to growth. For Jacqueline, competing in the Department of Defense Warrior Games as a member of Team Air Force is a declaration to her recovery journey and that her past does not define her limits, and that she is still capable of pushing forward with strength and purpose. The Games provide an opportunity to challenge herself, reconnect with her capabilities, and stand alongside others who embody perseverance.
